Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces and flows for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for cross-platform solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize existing interfaces
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user impact
- Maintain consistent design documentation and style guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design iterations
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
