Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma/Sketch
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent UI/UX implementation across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and iterate on designs
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize conversion funnels
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Document design specifications and maintain comprehensive design documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
- Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints and business objectives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving approach
