Responsibilities
- Conduct user research & create journey maps for B2B SaaS platforms
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Lead usability testing sessions & iterate based on feedback
- Develop design systems & component libraries
- Present work to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Stay current with UX trends & accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 3+ years UX/UI design experience with portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (for prototyping)
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
