Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create and maintain comprehensive user personas, user journeys, and journey maps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive user interfaces.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
