Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategies
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Execute usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and lead design critique sessions
- Stay current with UX trends, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Proven track record of conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
- Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to balance business goals and user needs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale clearly
