Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and develop innovative algorithms and approaches to resolve them efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability before deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours effectively while managing multiple priorities.
