Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Senior Architects to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance and database queries.
- Maintenance: Debug and resolve technical issues in existing codebases, ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one primary programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and experience with web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js).
- Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and version control systems (Git).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote, part-time setting.
