Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, or Java
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for performance and cost-efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps automation initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with Product teams
- Conduct rigorous testing (unit, integration, load) and implement security best practices
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Strong foundation in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Ability to deliver results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and architectural thinking
