What You Will Do:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define and deliver features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to define feature requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, C++).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
