Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to improve performance, scalability, and security of our core products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and technical mentoring.
- Debugging: Identify and resolve complex software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java; experience with React or Node.js is highly desirable.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available for 20-30 hours per week, with a consistent schedule.
