Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews for team members.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop unit and integration tests, and assist in CI/CD pipeline maintenance to ensure seamless deployment processes.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, architecture, and user guides.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js (or equivalent modern stack).
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
