Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Implement responsive front-end features with React/TypeScript
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP
- Write clean, testable code following CI/CD best practices
- Debug and resolve production issues in real-time
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming
- Contribute to technical documentation and API specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in at least two backend languages (Java/Python preferred)
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling
