Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in backend development with distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and container orchestration
- AWS certification or equivalent cloud deployment experience
- Proven track record of shipping production code
- Strong analytical problem-solving with data structures
