Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI for stakeholders in Baltimore and Texas
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis methods
