Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI
- Identify trends and anomalies through statistical analysis and A/B testing
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, actionable reports
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize data pipelines
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing abilities
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
