Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders in Milwaukee and Georgia
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data delivery processes
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, concise documentation and presentations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for business audiences
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environments
