Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional and usability defects
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear steps to reproduce
- Collaborate with developers and product managers during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications across multiple browsers/devices
- Validate UI/UX compliance with design specifications and accessibility standards
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback for quality improvements
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous process enhancements
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and mobile testing
- Basic understanding of SQL for data validation queries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
