Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects
- Document test results and track bugs in JIRA with clear severity ratings
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate UI/UX functionality across web and mobile platforms
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing on new feature releases
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software QA/testing experience
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
