- Design & Refine: Create complex, high-precision prompts that elicit the best possible responses from generative AI models.
- Optimization: Continuously test and iterate on prompt structures to improve accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze output data to identify bias, errors, or inconsistencies in AI responses.
- Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive library of effective prompts and usage guidelines for internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in NLP and LLM architecture to apply innovative strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in writing, copywriting, or technical communication, with a focus on AI interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of English grammar, vocabulary, and nuance.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to debug prompt failures and logically deduce why a model might fail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
