Responsibilities
- Advanced Prompt Architecture: Design, test, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve specific, high-quality outputs tailored to business needs.
- Model Optimization: Continuously iterate on prompt chains to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance the overall user experience.
- Creative Problem Solving: Develop novel use cases for AI tools within our product suite, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with generative AI.
- Data Analysis & Feedback: Analyze AI responses, gather user feedback, and implement data-driven improvements to refine prompt strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers and product managers to integrate AI features seamlessly into our applications.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering methodologies to keep our solutions at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, Content Strategist, or similar role involving LLM interaction and text generation.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude, Stable Diffusion) and a basic understanding of API integration or Python.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional command of grammar, tone, and style; the ability to write clearly for both humans and machines.
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot AI failures and debug prompt logic effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
