Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for various AI models to ensure high-quality, context-aware outputs.
- Analyze model responses and iterate on prompt strategies to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries that document best practices and variations for different use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective AI strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to determine the most effective approaches.
- Stay updated on AI trends, emerging tools, and methodologies in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Qualifications
- Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Experience or strong interest in prompt engineering, generative AI, or LLMs.
- Technical aptitude: Familiarity with tools like Python, LangChain, or the OpenAI API is a plus but not required.
- Critical thinking: Ability to troubleshoot prompt failures and think creatively to solve complex problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
