- Develop & Optimize: Design complex, multi-step prompts to achieve specific, high-quality outputs from LLMs like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze AI responses to identify biases, errors, or hallucinations and implement necessary adjustments to improve accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, strategies, and testing methodologies to ensure scalability.
- Creative Writing: Craft engaging content and interactive scenarios for AI training datasets and testing environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and product managers to define AI requirements and user experience goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or similar role in AI development and NLP.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python, API integration (REST), and basic machine learning concepts.
- Writing Ability: Exceptional command of English grammar, nuance, and style with a focus on clarity.
- Tools: Proficiency with tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar AI platforms.
- Flexibility: Ability to work remotely with a part-time commitment (approx. 20-25 hours/week).
