Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop complex, nuanced prompts for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize output quality and relevance.
- Testing & Iteration: Execute rigorous A/B testing on prompt variations to evaluate performance metrics and user satisfaction.
- Output Analysis: Critique AI responses, identify biases, and refine instructions to improve the system's reasoning capabilities.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries and style guides for internal teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompt strategies into broader AI workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering or working directly with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Writing Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and style.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning basics, and API integrations.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug prompt failures.
