Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for GPT-4, Claude 3, and custom LLMs
- Develop prompt libraries with version control for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality
- Create documentation for prompt engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt solutions
- Monitor model outputs and iterate based on performance metrics
- Stay current with emerging AI frameworks and techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP-related role
- Proven portfolio demonstrating prompt optimization success
- Expertise in GPT, LLaMA, or open-source model prompting
- Strong Python skills for prompt automation and testing
- Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
