- Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model outputs through iterative prompt refinement
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Analyze model behavior patterns and develop strategies to mitigate hallucinations
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize response quality
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience with prompt engineering or NLP model interaction
- Expertise in crafting prompts for production-level AI applications
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Exceptional written communication with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into precise prompts
