Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or related AI development roles
- Deep understanding of transformer architecture and LLM behavior patterns
- Proficiency with Python and prompt development frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex AI outputs
