Responsibilities
- Model Optimization: Design, test, and refine complex prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of AI models like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Hallucination Control: Develop strategies to minimize factual errors and ensure high-fidelity outputs in technical and creative contexts.
- Iterative Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on different prompt structures to identify the most effective approaches for various use cases.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, methodologies, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to integrate AI capabilities into client-facing applications seamlessly.
- Feedback Loops: Analyze model responses to identify gaps in logic or tone, providing feedback to the data science team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in Prompt Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field with a strong portfolio of AI interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or other LLM integration platforms.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of English grammar, syntax, and nuance to craft precise instructions.
