Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and custom language models
- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align prompts with product requirements
- Monitor model outputs and iterate prompts based on performance metrics
- Research emerging prompt engineering techniques and industry best practices
- Contribute to ethical AI guidelines for responsible prompt usage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI roles
- Proven expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in prompt testing frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Python and prompt automation tools
- Background in linguistics, cognitive science, or related field preferred
