Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for GPT, LLaMA, and other advanced language models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective prompt strategies
- Conduct iterative testing and analysis to improve model accuracy and relevance
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and create reusable prompt libraries
- Stay current with AI advancements and implement emerging techniques
- Support model training data preparation through prompt-based data generation
- Present prompt engineering insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of prompt engineering or NLP experience
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, OpenAI API)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects or AI applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in part-time role
