Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and network segments.
- Perform routine maintenance on routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
- Document network topology changes and maintain accurate technical records.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Valid certification such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCENT/CCNA.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with wireless network configuration and security protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
