Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Provide technical support to resolve user connectivity problems
- Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure upgrades and projects

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Technology or equivalent experience
- CompTIA Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
