Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and access points
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Monitor network performance and implement security protocols
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities
- Provide Tier-2 technical support to end-users
- Assist with cloud service integrations and VPN management
- Collaborate with team on network upgrades and expansions
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification preferred
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for wired/wireless networks
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
