Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support for Windows/macOS environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote and on-site assistance
- Deploy and configure network equipment (routers, switches, access points)
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on software applications and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week including some weekends
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
