Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Configure network equipment (routers, switches, access points) and troubleshoot connectivity
- Implement security protocols including patch management and user access controls
- Deploy and maintain cloud solutions (Azure/O365) and virtual infrastructure
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for IT processes
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and endpoint management tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied physical environments
- Valid California driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Pass background check and drug screening
