Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize high-performance algorithms for equity options pricing and risk management systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and financial analysts to translate market requirements into scalable code.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all trading platforms.
- Debug complex issues in real-time trading environments and implement robust fixes.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Participate in architectural planning for future features and integrations.
- Maintain and upgrade legacy systems to meet modern security and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with financial markets, derivatives, or equity options is highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
