Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and report on user behavior.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and optimization of SQL queries to improve data retrieval speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and Python for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting tight deadlines.
