Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop compelling dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to communicate key metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models and reporting processes.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical findings for stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
