- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Perform A/B testing and cohort analysis to measure campaign effectiveness
- Automate reporting workflows using scripting languages to improve efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Python/R
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
