Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders across departments
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for marketing and product teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data validation protocols
- Present findings to leadership through clear, actionable insights and visualizations
- Optimize data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
