Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing
- Experience working with remote teams in agile environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects required
