Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Analytics: Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights that support business goals.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI for executive leadership.
- SQL Queries: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from relational databases efficiently.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where data processes can be streamlined to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Visualization: Experience creating visual dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
