Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Create compelling dashboards and reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders
- Identify data anomalies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide statistical analysis for product teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain data pipeline integrity
- Present insights to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects and data storytelling abilities
