As a Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data sets and actionable business strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate reports, and visualize data in a way that is accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that influence business performance.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and share real-time insights.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques and modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Report Generation: Prepare clear, concise, and professional weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting critical findings and actionable recommendations.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems by auditing data sources and identifying discrepancies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and operations teams to define data requirements and support the implementation of data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
- Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business language.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
