Responsibilities
- Extract and Clean Data: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for diverse audiences, including executives and product teams.
- Automated Workflows: Develop and maintain automated scripts and ETL processes to streamline data retrieval and reporting workflows.
- Database Management: Assist in the optimization of database queries and management of data warehouses to ensure efficient data handling.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data patterns and business implications.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
