Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or consulting capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours/week) with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
