Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL and Python scripts to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement data pipelines.
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling data reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Continuously monitor data quality and troubleshoot data-related issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
