Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to ensure data integrity and provide meaningful reporting to our stakeholders. Key duties include:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic decision-making and market research initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and reporting needs.
- Document data processes and methodologies to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in data analysis and a commitment to accuracy:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership regarding data accuracy.
