Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support business objectives.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial or retail sector in the Miami area.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity with minimal supervision.
