Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand data requirements and deliver customized analytical solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership based on data findings.
- Optimize data queries and storage structures to improve system performance and reporting speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
