Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to understand data needs and provide technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Flexibility: Ability to commit to 20-25 hours per week on-site or remotely.
